**Reports - Purchase Reports**

1. **Question**: For Overseas Purchase Orders, should the Unit Price and Net Total be displayed as the base currency or overseas currency?

            - **Answer**: In the Unit Price column the overseas currency would be displayed, however the Net Total would be converted to the base currency.

2. **Question**: Does the Purchase Analysis Report filter by Sku/Description?

        - **Answer**: No,  although the field is availble to search, the report does not display any Skus/Descriptions, therefore if a user search using that field no data would be displayed.

**Reports - Inventory Reports**

1. **Question**: Why is the transaction quantity in the Item Transaction Report different from the quantity on the transaction?

        - **Answer**: Before reporting this as an issue, go to the item edit page and verify the Case Conversion feature is not enabled. If the case conversion feature is enabled the quantity displayed in the report would be based on the base UoM, not the case conversion Uom. **i.e. If the base Uom is Case and the Case Conversion Uom is each, the quantity displayed in the report would be Case**

**Reports - Cost of Sale Reports**

1. **Question**: Why is an Item Type not displayed on the Consumption Summary Report?

                - **Answer**: Once the Consumption Summary Report is enabled on a client, we have to verify with the client which types they would like displayed on the report. Once confirmed we can then go to the Manage Section, select Types and toogle the "Show in Consumption Report" to on/off. Only the Types with the toogle set as on would be displayed in the report. **The same thing must be done for the Locations/Cost Centres.**

2. **Question**: Why are the values in Consumption Summary Report not matching the values in the Stock Count Reports?

                - **Answer** - Before checking the Consumption Summary Report, verify the report has been setup for the specific client. Once confirmed and the values are still incorrect, review with a Supervisor and then the Supervisor would report the issue to the Development Team.
